The House rules
When the Guest receives the Booking confirmation, it is presumed that he/she is familiar and agrees to be familiar with and comply with the House rules and to fully agree to it in its entirety. Violation of the House rules may result in the cancellation of the booking and payment of the full price for Accommodation, regardless of the shorter stay than anticipated.
• Upon arrival, guests shall provide their personal documents for registration in the Register of the local Tourist Office. Documents shall be returned within 24 hours.
• The Landlord changes bed linen every 7 days and towels more often if necessary. We do not not clean the Accommodation during your stay. Cleaning is possible upon request and at an additional cost.
• If there is a suspicion that the Guest or Accommodation is in any danger or that the Guest has violated the House rules the Landlord may enter the Accommodation.
• The pool is used at your own risk and is safe for use only for good swimmers.
• Non-swimmers or bad swimmers shall not enter the swimming pool or be around the swimming pool.
• In the pool or around the swimming pool Guests should behave carefully and responsibly and it is forbidden to run or jump in/around the swimming pool. Children should not be left unattended. Glass containers and electronic devices are not allowed in/around the swimming pool. The Guest is urged not to consume food in the swimming pool.
• The swimming pool use is not permitted without prior showering, especially after use of sunscreen and lotion, as they contain water-polluting substances
• Pets are not allowed.
• The inflammable and explosive substances and substances with strong or unpleasant odors are prohibited in the Accommodation. The Guest cannot enter electrical appliances without the permission
• The Guest is urged to take good care of the rented Accommodation and to disconnect electrical appliances and taps when not in use.
• The air conditioner should not be left on if there is no need, for example, while the Guest is outside the Accommodation and does not use it with open windows and doors.
• Furniture as well as towels from the interior may not be taken outdoors, to another apartment or moved without asking the Landlord.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring other people in the Accommodation. In case the unregistered persons or the persons not announced during the reservation of the Accommodation are in the Accommodation the owner has the right to cancel the Accommodation.
• The Guest who causes property damage, irrespective of his own personal fault, shall compensate to theLandlord for the full amount of damage. On the day of departure, the Guest is obliged to personally invite the owner and check in his presence all the rooms and home appliances to prove he/she has not done any damage. Only after that, the Guest can leave the Accommodation.
• For any undisclosed damage the owner will claim the compensation from the Guest.
• Accommodation will be unconditionally canceled for a guest who does not comply with the house rules and disturbs the peace.
• • In case of cancellation of the Accommodation due to violation of the house rules, the Guest will be obliged to pay the total amount for the accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the actual shorter stay.
• • Objections should be made by the guest immediately upon arrival. We do not accept complaints upon departure in order to reduce your bill. Please report any problems that arise in time so that we can try to solve them to our mutual satisfaction. The owner accepts objections expressed only during the vacation, objections are not possible after departure.
• • 1. if the guest is not satisfied with the situation, he is obliged to inform the landlord immediately upon arrival about the reasons for his dissatisfaction
• • 2. if the guest is not satisfied with the situation on the spot, and leaves the facility and finds another accommodation on his own, without giving the landlord a chance to eliminate the cause of his dissatisfaction, or to possibly find him an alternative accommodation, such a guest cannot demand a refund money regardless of whether his reasons were justified or not.
• • 3. If the justified causes of dissatisfaction cannot be eliminated, the landlord can offer alternative accommodation to the guests, if it is not adequate for the guest, the guest can find alternative accommodation himself.
• Subsequent complaints are not taken into account.
• • If the Guest does not agree and does not behave in accordance with these provisions, he is obliged to leave the Accommodation without delay.
At the time of departure, the Guest is required to leave the Accommodation in the condition he/she has found – clean, neat and undamaged
• • It is understood that, after arrival and confirmation of the reservation, the Guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and conditions highlighted therein.
