Villen in Arezzo

I stayed here for a week in 2005. The farm grows olives and good wine. I had never been to Europe before, despite being 50, because I was always working and raising a family. This agriturismo was my home base for bike rides around Tuscany. I threw my bike in the back of my rental Saab turbodiesel and rode around San Gimignano, Montepulciano, and Volterra. There’s a fascinating Etruscan museum in Volterra, and ancient tombs outside of town, for you fellow Etruria nuts. Day trips to Florence and Rome. Civitella and medieval Arezzo have great old towns. One morning on a run in Arezzo I came upon the ruins of a Roman amphitheater! What I’m saying is: beautiful place and great location near many sites in Tuscany and Lazio.

This place is amazing ! Went there with my family for 2 weeks. we where greeted with a gift bag by the wonderfull owners. The hole lot is beautiful. nice and quite, and full of wild life. The house is charming and cozy, and also the pool is really great since its rather large ! We where at no time bothered by the owners, they where always available for questions, and also very helpfull suggestions. Thanks for the great stay !
