Ferienwohnungen für den Urlaub mit Haustier in Bergstraße - Odenwald

Wir waren zum 2.Mal bei Familie Meckbach und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unser Hund hat sich direkt zuhause gefühlt und den Garten für toll befunden. Sehr nette Gastgeber mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

This place is incredibly charming! It's a quaint, ancient old farmhouse complete with chickens and a very friendly, very sweet cat. Although the homestead is obviously many generations old, the kitchens and bathrooms are modern, in good repair, and spotlessly clean. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that the top floor apartment (#1) is hot, but to be fair, it's in the 90's (°F) this week, which is highly unusual for Germany, even in July. Still, it's worth mentioning because if you have a choice between apartments 1 and 5 in high summer, go for 5. It's pleasantly cool. UPDATE: The owners were so concerned about our comfort that while we were out on our excursion to Heidelberg the second day, they went out and bought fans for us. They had to go to five different stores to find any due to the unusual heat wave. We are very impressed with the hospitality.
