We spent a week there over the Christmas period. The family was very kind and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The location was very quiet, yet easy to reach and close to Nova Ponente, where all the necessary amenities are available. We'll definitely return; it's definitely beautiful, even in the summer. It felt like home.

The cuisine is of a very high standard, with every meal being a delicious experience. The chef is truly a master. We would highly recommend Hotel Cristal to anyone looking for a top-tier experience. It's the perfect place for a high-quality holiday.

Attractive, high-quality furnished holiday apartment with a wonderful balcony. We were in the "Marigold" and would like to spend a few days there again. The sauna is also a little dream. Tip: Egg cups and a salad bowl would be great.
