Beautiful holiday apartment at a fair price in the quiet and green hinterland of Liguria, 30 minutes from Imperia. Great hosts, always ready to help and offer tips, and organize wonderful dinners in the garden with a view of the Ligurian mountains. The apartment was perfect for us as a family of four, with its two bedrooms and terrace directly in front of the kitchen-living room. There are three apartments in total. The hosts also live in the large house. Since the property is very spacious, everyone has plenty of space. Nearby is the small and impressive town of Pieve de Tecco – there's no supermarket there, but plenty of small shops where you can buy everything you need and enjoy a leisurely espresso in one of the bars. The sea is half an hour away, and you can easily find a public beach. Even the Italians go swimming there ;-) But what's even better for cooling off in the summer are the nearby pools. They're a wonderful place to cool off! There's a lot to explore in the immediate area, and we really enjoyed the mix of countryside and sea. You shouldn't have a car that's too big for this area, and you shouldn't be afraid of winding roads ;-) We had 10 wonderful days at Casa Capineira and would love to come back!

The room is great! Nice and spacious, and everything you need is included (for showering, a kitchenette with cutlery, dishes, a coffee machine, kettle, coffee, tea, water, a dishwasher, and more). The bed is a bit hard for me, but I slept well. A nice feature if you book both rooms is that there's a connecting door. It's not insulated, so if both rooms are occupied, it can be a bit noisy. The shower is very nice. The location is easy to find. Contact with the landlord is done online. Parking is available. We arrived at a busy time and had to drive around a few times before finding a spot. A supermarket, steakhouse, and pizzeria (we unfortunately missed them because they were closed for the holidays) are nearby. Switch Holiday 312 is a highly recommended place to stay if you're in La Spezia!
