Great communication?, the apartment is really great?, with its own terrace and everything you need and much more, very clean✨️, kudos to the lovely cleaning lady, the location of the apartment is top-notch, right on the lake?, with its own lawn?, with a pool?‍♀️ and a sauna?‍♀️ in the basement for relaxing☺️ or even in bad weather?. Wir haben unsere dritte Auszeit in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren wieder restlos begeistert. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, bietet einen atemberaubend schönen Blick auf den See und liegt ideal für Wanderungen, Radtouren, Ausflüge und vieles mehr. I'm currently here in Urfeld. This apartment is a stroke of luck! Great location and very, very nice landlords, even my two sweethearts are welcome! At first, I was a little scared because all the apartments and restaurants here in Urfeld are located on the B11, and especially on weekends, there's a lot of traffic and it's very noisy on the road :/. Buuuuut: In my apartment, you can't hear ANYTHING☺️?? A wonderful hiking trail starts DIRECTLY from the house / along the lake and WITHOUT any street noise.? And I don't have to pay a parking fee here because I live here.?? The town itself isn't that great -? It only consists of one road (B11) anyway, and for shopping or a delicious meal, it's recommended to drive to the next town. e.g. Wallgau: Wonderful!!!! or Krün is a 15-minute drive, and you can eat REALLY well there! I tried the Greek restaurant and the Bayrischer Hof ??? Mittenwald is about 30 minutes away. It's a DREAM FOR NATURE LOVERS (Buckelwiesen)...I've been there twice already. Conclusion! The Asenstorfer apartment is an ideal apartment for exploring the beautiful nature and the lake. I haven't tried the café by the lake yet...review to follow ? 10 i ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
