The hosts are very kind people and are very supportive. The holiday flat itself was very tidy, well equipped with enough room for two persons and is located on the 1st floor. In the backyard of the house there is an option to sit outside, if the weather allows, which is nice. On the opposite side of the house is enough parking space available on the market place free of charge. There is also a public charging option for electric cars. But recommended to order a charging card via the Vattenfall app before the holiday starts. Two Fastned fast charging options are in 6 km distance at the highway. In the village there is a hotel and two restaurants, but no supermarket. But in the nearby city Maaseik (Belgium) or Echt (Netherlands) there are many supermarkets available. Around 5 minutes distance by car in both cases. As bakery the one of Jos Puts located in Ohé en Laak (10 minutes by car) could be highly recommended. In Ohè en Laak it is a good place to hike/drive bicycle along the Maas river. We would like to thank for the stay and would recommend this holiday flat.

The houseboat was great. The houseboat is well equipped and everything was clean. We had a great relaxing time. You can do great walks, relax on the terrace with the view, fishing, you can sup-board or go with the kajak. They also have very nice small boats to rent and enjoy a nice ride on the water. Great location for astrophotography amateurs. We will definitely come back also for summer.
