Gästebewertungen von unseren Ferienhäuser und Ferienwohnungen im Meraner Land

Wir wollen dir immer die beste Urlaubserfahrung bieten. Diese Gäste sind bereits überzeugt.

Without a doubt, the most beautiful place to live in Trentino-Alto Adige. The farm is located above 1,200 meters, making it cool and pleasant even in the summer. The apartment, all in wood, is so comfortable and magical that you could spend a whole week inside without ever feeling the need to leave. We had our own little terrace with a balcony of flowering geraniums, overlooking the entire valley with a stunning view day and night. Andrea and her husband are very hospitable and kind: they welcomed us with a basket of their fresh eggs. Every morning they brought us fresh milk and yogurt from their cows. In addition to dairy products, you can also purchase honey, eggs, bread, and speck from their own farm at very low prices. An enchanting silence reigns in the farm, and in the hallway there are maps, charts, and informational brochures of the area. The stay was excellent value, so we highly recommend it! We hope to return soon. Diego and Ilaria

A true 5-star stay just above Merano with great views! Julia (the owner) could not have been more kind, welcoming, or accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left. My husband and I live about 2.5 hours from this area (I'm American/he's Italian). We've both lived in & traveled to numerous cities/countries & have stayed in a wide range of some of the best hotels (Waldorf Shanghai, etc.) to other more homey less-frou-frou places with lots of charm. We're no snobs by any means, but rather fun-loving regular down-to-earth people who really enjoy getting away (and spending time in a great hotel room when we leave the comfort of home?). We travel to Merano to rest, relax, and eat the delicious regional food. We recently suffered a loss in our family and after everything was over, we decided to get away to Merano to rest. We stayed 2 nights in Paloria Apartment-Loft #15 (newest part) and it was a dream. This two-level loft was incredibly well designed and absolutely clean. This is actually a place I might even use the bathroom glasses (which I never trust in hotels?). The bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor beyond an ample foyer (where you can drop keys, shoes, bags, etc.). Both rooms naturally stayed cool without AC (even in late August daytime). The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in during previous stays in this region. Most Americans (even most Italians not from Sud-Tirol) are used to certain hotel beds (Marriot, Simmons Beauty Rest), but Sud-Tirol beds are often very hard due to Austrian/German heritage. Paloria was super cozy & we slept really well which we both needed❤️. Upstairs leads you into the loft area and kitchen with a super cute table with built-in banquet seating and two very comfortable chairs on the opposite side. The kitchen was meticulously clean (I'm a chef with high expectations). High quality appliances: Miele, WMF cookware, Neff hob, etc. The bread service was amazing!❤️ We forgot to order the first night but ordered for departure day & bought extra for home. The bread was AMAZING -from a local Lagundo/Algun bakery - croissants (some of the best, most natural we've eaten), yeast rolls, whole wheat rolls, one with caraway seeds, & pretzel rolls so soft & delicious it's hard to explain. Buy the best local butter & order bread every day?! The living area itself is situated beyond a console with TV on it & works like a modern partition between the kitchen/eating area and lounging area. With it's plush velvet cushions and huge matching ottoman, you can relax until you fall asleep if you want (after a day in the pool down below, the jacuzzi on the terraced area, or after a sauna and massage). Or head straight out to the to the balcony through the floor-to-ceiling glass door that opens up & leads outside to amazing views of the mountains, vineyards, & apple orchards below. We didn't take advantage of the pool, sauna, or jacuzzi (sadly)...we were so tired from the previous weeks of events & travel stateside that even these most relaxing options felt like a bit of a chore to go do. But we will take advantage of all three on our next stay. The balcony is complete with 2 super comfortable lounge chairs with cushions (& a blanket to wrap up in on the cooler evenings and mornings?) & a large round table where you can eat al fresco if you want. They have a little shop with outstanding local products (buy the speck!) on the honor-system - just write down what you take so they can charge you. There's also self-service spritzs, beers, cakes by the pool. Adorable is the only way I can describe it. This place is a unicorn...super quiet, no neighbor dogs barking at all hours, no crazy locals...just calm, tranquil, & lovely with a hint of rooster crowing way off in the distance if you're outside on the balcony early enough❤️ (but not noticeable from inside with the doors & windows closed). Not only are the owners some of the kindest people we've encountered, they genuinely care about their property, business, and guests. And, there's an elevator for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility needs.
