Most beautiful villa! No outside view for strangers, thus 100% privacy. The photos speak for themselves. We stayed in this beautiful villa from June 7th to July 14th, 2025. The most important thing for us is: - TOP cleanliness - TOP amenities in the villa (kitchen, rooms, pool, terrace) - TOP communication with the owner - Pool was clean and heated - Quiet but central location - 100% privacy (no outside view of the pool) - Very luxurious and secure villa - Grocery stores 5 minutes away by car We have no complaints and look forward to booking this villa again as soon as possible. Great location, modern and clean house. We had relaxed days and enjoyed the outdoor pool (heated) due to extra-ordinary weather end of October. Vladimir was always responsive and any question has been answered within latest 30 minutes. The week was like a summer vacation for our children and our dog enjoyed the large garden. We can highly recommend Villa Stepančić.
